so far so good

I weighed myself yesterday and Im down 7 pounds!!!!!!

I know I know, the first week is always best, LOL

I am so motivated to stay on track. I am really sore from lifting weights more than Im used to, but I know it will be so worth it!

Here is what was on my menu today-

Breakfast: Whole wheat english muffin, 2 tbs PB and half a banana

Snack: Apple and a couple pieces deli turkey breast

Lunch: Kashi go lean pizza

Snack: South beach diet cereal bar

Dinner: Chicken breast and broccoli

You are doing SO well! I know how hard it is to lose weight AND keep it off...you're gonna do it, girl!

I see that you are doing a lot of weight work. Have you ever used Cathe Friedrich's workouts? I REALLY like her stuff. I have a few of her DVDs and they are fantastic, I just wish I had more room to use them. It's a major PITA to drag out my equipment (step bench, free weights, barbell, plates, etc.) every time I want to work out. Someday I want a house with a dedicated "gym" space.
