Tonight I worked out with my husband in our weight room. I have to admit, it felt great having a workout partner!!! I really pushed me to my limit, which is what I need. He says when I get thin, I have chicken arms LOL so I am really going to work on building muscle.
My arms are quivering I can barely type!
We worked arms and light shoulders today.
4 sets of dumbell curls
4 sets of hammer curls
4 sets of triceps extensions
4 sets of another tricep exercise (dont know what its called
and 4 sets of a superset of dumbell flyes and lat raises.
