Its been a week since Ive been on!!!! OOPS teeheehee
This last week I lost 2 pounds, bringing me to to 175. I knew it was going to slow down, so its ok.
I have been sticking to my weight routine, even if I work I come home and do it!!!! I do cardio on all the days Im off work. I try not to do both on the same day, but there are only so many days in the week. Ive still been running outside!!!! I just love it! Today I ran 2.5 miles.
It took me a little over a half hour to run 2.5 miles. Kinda crappy, but Im getting there! I cant wait to do the Irish Jig this year LOL
I cant believe six days and I have to post pictures!!! I hope I have the guts.

You are doing great! And 2.5 miles in a half hour...that is nothing to sneeze at!
I can't wait to see your progress pics. Remind me to find mine and show them to you. I was a size 16 at one time. On my shorty frame it wasn't pretty.
Thanks Kirsten!!!! I just keep thinking that my beofre pics this time are not as bad as my before pics after losing weight after Lily was born!!! I was 234!!!!
