It been a month today since I started this journey and I think Ive come a long way!!! I lost 2 pounds this week. I am very excited about that. 16 pounds in one month!!! I think Im adding lean muscle mass too!!!
This week went very well food wise, I did have a cheat meal last Friday. I didnt go overboard, I had 2 pieces of Papa Murphey's pizza and a mini box of milk duds!!! teeheeheee So exept for that everything Ive eated has been healthy.
Im gonna keep trekking along, my ultimate goal is to be 150 pounds by my birthday in March and to have some muscle definition!
I am still running, but only 3-4 days per week. Usually 3. I tend to go overboard with cardio that I dont need. Im focusing more on the weights this time!
