I was down 3 pounds this week!!!! I am very happy with that! Af is going to be rearing her ugly head this week, so Im usre Ill be nice and bloated and wont lose as much:--(
I am going to be changing my weight training routine, since Ive been doing this one for about 5 weeks now. I wont change it too much, just replace an exercize here or there and maybe do it in reverse order to shock my muscles again. I am still sore every time I work out though!
I am lifting more weight than when I started too. Its great to feel yourself getting stronger!!!For biceps, I am able to curl 20 pounds 8-10 times and triceps over heads, I am doing 20 pounds 15 times so time to up the weight! Last time I did squats I did 67 pounds for 4 sets of 10.
Im still running 3-4 days a week, but it looks like Ill be running in the rain today :-(
I am going on a date with my husband tonight, Im gonna try to be good, but if I really want it Im gonna eat it!
