Well 2 weeks ago

2 weeks ago I was 163.4 pounds!!! I didn't hit my goal of 50 pounds in 5 months, but that was really unrealistic. I think almost 30 pounds is awesome!

Then on March 2nd it was my birthday...so that whole weekend I ate like crap!!! Cake, cookies, chocolate, Red Lobster *DROOL* so when I weighed in on my birthday I was 168 again **ARRRRRRGGHHHHH**

Ive been good since March 3rd, so hopefully I will get rid of it, or most of it this week. I am still proud of how far Ive come!!!!

I lost 2.4 pounds this week!


I am now at 164.6.

Then what do I go an do? I ate Chinese food yesterday LMAO

Oh well, I also ran three miles as well, and worked out my legs! I could barely walk out of the gym!

For my cardio this past week Ive been sticking to running, to try to get faster for the Irish Jig!!

I did 3 miles in 30 minutes yesterday! For some reason I had extra energy LOL

It usually takes me about 35 minutes.

oh my

Its been a long time since I wrote in here!!!

Well, Im almost back down to my preholiday weight. I lost 6 pounds of water weight the first week back on the diet. I lost 3 the week after and 3 the week after that.

This week I only lost 0.4 pounds which ticks me off, because I didnt cheat at all, and I did 45min to an hour of cardio 4 times!!! WTF!!!! It better be muscle!!!LOL


Once Im back to 166 I will post some more dreaded pictures.

Everyone at work keeps telling me that it looks like Ive lost more weight, but I just got new scrubs that fit me better! LMAO!

So ashamed

I am so disgusted and pissed off at myself right now. I just stepped on the scale, and I managed to gain 13 pounds this holiday season. I just cannot believe in 2 weeks I could gain that much. I am hoping alot of its water weight, I am bloated from eating so much junk.

So right now, I am 179 pounds. It makes me sick to type that.

I am going back to the gym today, Ive been a slacker in that department too.

When I woke up this morning, it was like a switch flipped in my brain, and Im back to being motivated again. I am starting a "Biggest Loser Challenge" with some friends on the 5th, and that helps motivate me as well.

Lets hope for a big loss this week!
