Its been a long time since I wrote in here!!!
Well, Im almost back down to my preholiday weight. I lost 6 pounds of water weight the first week back on the diet. I lost 3 the week after and 3 the week after that.
This week I only lost 0.4 pounds which ticks me off, because I didnt cheat at all, and I did 45min to an hour of cardio 4 times!!! WTF!!!! It better be muscle!!!LOL
Once Im back to 166 I will post some more dreaded pictures.
Everyone at work keeps telling me that it looks like Ive lost more weight, but I just got new scrubs that fit me better! LMAO!
