Holidays

Well, Its the holidays, and so far I have managed to keep losing weight.

I am now sitting at 166 pounds. I am very proud of how far I have come in just 3 months! I hope to lose 2 more pounds this week, although I dont think its going to happen because even though Im still working out, Ive had a couple christmas cookies, and some chocolate LOL and I had pizza on Saturday.

The holidays are so tempting its such a hard time to lose weight. I hope to get through to New years at least maintaining my loss. I am going to my moms this week to help her bake her cookies...yeah we all know Im gonna eat some. LOL PLUS Im making cookies tonight, and fudge! Oh well its only Christmas once a year.

One good thing is that I asked for a heart rate monitor watch for Christmas! Its for people that are serious about fitness and it was not cheap! So if I dont go to the gym, my husband would kill me LOL

I know I need to post pics again!!!! It has been 3 months today.

If you are getting a HRM watch, I HIGHLY recommend the Garmin 305. It's a HRM and GPS...I LOVE mine...have had it for a year (actually have never used the HRM, but it's there if I ever feel the urge). It's so awesome to run wherever the mood strikes and still know distance and pace. I can also upload data to MotionBased.com and look at elevation profiles and laps easily. Great graphs.

BTW, awesome that you are doing so well on your weight loss...mine is going backwards...harumph!

Anyone who can simply maintain this time of year is super hardcore, in my book.
