frustrated

I was so frustrated with my scale yesterday morning I just wanted to bash it with a hammer and throw it outside. I once again only lost 0.4 pounds.

I know I was naughty on wednesday when I ate all that candy and then Friday I had some too. That prob has something to do with it. I also *hope* I am gaining muscle mass. I am seeing a difference in the way I look which is good, I know. I need to stop focusing on the scale so much I guess.

I am very proud of my progress in the weight room!! I am now using 20# weights for dumbell curls, and all of my shoulder excersizes. I also use them with my dumbell bench press. I am using 25# for my dumbell back rows, and overhead triceps raise. I squat 67 pounds 10 times comfortably. I would guess my max to be around 90-100 pounds.

So progress! But I swear Im gonna be really good this week and not cheat at all. Well see what happens!
